From struggling to cycle 5 miles in 2004 I now regularly cycle 50 miles.  I have completed a number of charity bike rides including:

 

45 miles Salisbury Big Wheel

66 Dorset bike ride

50 miles - Classic Oxfordshire

81 miles - Reading to Bath along the Kennet and Avon Canal

50 miles - Three counties cycle ride

54 miles - London to Brighton

52 miles - London Bikeathon

100kms - Test Valley Tour

50 miles - Basingstoke Big Wheel

50 miles - New Forest Bike Ride

London to Paris over 3 days.

 

I have cycled London to Paris over 3 days.

 

Qualifications

 

Registered on the National Standard Instructor database as a fully qualified National Standard Cycle training instructor since 11th November 2010.  Registered with Cycling England as a Sole Trader - Bikeability Scheme.

Bikes provide fun and enjoyment while also helping to keep us healthy. We made a decision to follow our personal passion for cycling and keeping active by turning it into a service for you, our customers. We're therefore able to bring you our comprehensive and expert advice when it comes to cycle training that is delivered in a fun impartial and practical way. All this is channelled into helping you make the right choice when it comes to helping you achieve the national standard in cycle training.
 
On your bike cycle training employ only specialists who have much experience delivering cycle training to children, adults and even pensioners and can offer you a professional service.  And our advice doesn't stop with you attending one of our training courses - we are always happy to help you out.
